Who We Are

Surveyor.Marketing is a brand of Georgia SEO Company, a registered Georgia company. This policy covers surveyor.marketing. It took effect on October 14, 2026.

What You Tell Us

There are two forms on this site.

• Asking us to call. Your first and last name, your firm, your town and state, your phone number, your email address, and the best time to call. All but the town and the best time are required, because the point is to call you back about your territory.
• Sending us another surveyor. Your name, firm and phone, your email if you give it, which describes you, and good times for a call, plus the other firm's contact name, firm, town, state, phone, email if you have it, and how you know them if you say. Your name, firm and phone are required, and so are their first name, firm, state and phone.

When you send us another surveyor, we use their details to check whether their territory is open, to set up the call you asked for, and to tell you how it went. We never email or text them out of the blue, and we never sell their details or share them with anyone except the companies below that handle requests for us.

If you call or email instead, what you tell us there is kept and used the same way.

What Gets Collected Automatically

This site runs no analytics and sets no cookies. Four things still get recorded:

• How you got here. When you arrive, your browser's session storage saves the campaign tags on the link you followed, the ad click IDs some platforms add to it (gclid, fbclid, msclkid), the site that referred you, and the page you landed on. If you send a form later in the same visit, your request carries them, which is how we know which of our own marketing is working. Session storage clears when you close the tab.
• A referral or letter code. If you arrive through a personal link from someone who suggested us, or through the link on a letter we sent you, the short code in that link is saved in your browser's local storage for 90 days, so a call request you send later still shows who sent you. It holds that code and the time it was saved, nothing else, and clearing this site's data in your browser removes it.
• Calls. Calls to our number are recorded. On a three-way call, we say so once everyone is on the line.
• Web server records. Like any web host, ours receives the IP address of each request it serves, and the service that receives the forms notes the country a request comes from.

How We Use It

• To call or email you back about your request.
• To talk through territory, pricing and what the program would do for your firm.
• To deliver the work if you hire us.
• To measure which of our marketing brings in firms like yours.
• If someone suggested us to you, to thank them and to tell them whether you signed up.
• If you introduced another firm, to set up the call and to let you know how it went.

Who Handles It for Us

These companies handle parts of it on our behalf, each under its own terms and privacy policy:

• Cloudflare runs the service that receives the form and passes it along.
• Resend delivers your request to our inbox by email.
• GoHighLevel is our CRM. It keeps our customer records, including the requests sent from this site.
• GitHub Pages hosts this site's files and receives the IP address of each request.

We also keep a copy of each request in our own records system, on a server we run.

Text Messages

Nothing on this site texts you automatically. If we reply by text to the number you gave, it is about your request, and how often depends on the conversation. Message and data rates may apply. We never text a surveyor someone else sent us.

Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also ask us to stop by phone or email.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Selling, Keeping and Protecting It

We don't sell your personal information.

We keep a request for as long as we need it to answer you, do the work, and keep ordinary business records, and then delete what we no longer need. We protect it with reasonable safeguards, such as password-protected accounts and encrypted connections, though no system connected to the internet is perfectly secure.

Children

This site is for surveying firms. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us something, tell us and we will delete it.

Seeing or Deleting Your Information

To see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, email eric@georgiaseocompany.com or call (762) 999-PLAT. We may ask a question or two to confirm it's you before acting on the request.

Changes to This Policy

When this policy changes, the new version replaces this one here with its own effective date. This version took effect on October 14, 2026.
